I just wondered is there anyways that Papers users could use Automator or Papers own functions to merge author names automatically? It seems that all asap articles or articles earlier than 2001 which indexed by PubMed merely use the initial of the first name, and the more authors per each papers like this, the more author names indexed only with the first name initials in the Papers database and those different authors shared the common last name and first initials will automatically combined together. Is there anyways to solve this problem? thanks
