Volunteers Needed for the 2008 World Science Festival

Founded by Brian Greene, Columbia’s Professor of Physics and
host of The Elegant Universe, and Tracy Day, four time National
News Emmy Award winning journalist and producer, the World Science
Festival brings together Nobel Laureates, scientists, creative
artists, innovators and educators in more than 40 unique events to
NYC to shine a spotlight on science.

WHEN: May 28 – June 1, 2008 – 4 hour volunteer shifts
available each day, during festival hours 8am – 10pm

WHERE: Various locations throughout NYC (primarily at
NYU and in the Washington Square area)

Volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt, and subject to
availability, free entrance to festival events.
