One of our bloggers, Anna Kushnir, has recently posted a cool photoessay showing a little adventure that happened in her lab. It involved dry ice, what looked like lots of it.

This reminded me of another blog post from a few weeks ago that touched off quite a bit of conversation on the inaccurate and hilarious depiction of labs on TV (often involving lots of colored liquids).

So I say we counter what’s on TV with more photoessays like Anna’s. Get your cell phone/iPhone cameras out, start taking pictures of what goes on in your lab and post them to your blog! We can use the tag “lab photoessay”.
