Nature Network in Sunday Times 'guide to the 100 best blogs'

For anyone who missed it over on the Nature Network Bloggers Forum, Nature Network was featured in the recent The Sunday Times list of the 100 best blogs.

I wasn’t too impressed with their science blogs selection – Nature Network and SciBlogs excepted of course. I am sure the individual (non-platform) blogs they chose are good but they could have included a few more, I think. I hope they fixed the link to Nature Network, at least.

Well, let’s be honest. Most blogs are unmitigated crap, and science blogs are no exception.
And we got off lightly; listen to what they said about New Scientist:
Rucks invariably follow the twice-daily ruminative responses to topical events by journalists at the UK publication that sets discovery in its cultural context. Combat in the comment zones sees celebs and mortal bloggers outflank each other with disputatious nitpicking and sheer expertise.

One slight complaint I heard though was that single science blogs were thrown together with sites such as Nature Network and scienceblogs.com that feature multiple blogs. There might be a point there!
