Hey! I believe such kits are available from many companies. You have to first decide your fragment size based on purpose of the library. Can you tell us the purpose of the library? Is it for functional screening, sequencing etc??

I am in search of specifically the kits which are designed for creating Genomic DNA ‘plasmid’ library construction and not the ‘phage’ library construction.
As I will be using plasmid as a vector the insert size will be 10-15kb.
Yes you mentioned it correctly. The purpose of constructing the library is to facilitate the sequencing as well as for the functional screening of the genes.
