Primary Culture of Mice Brain

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read this. This is my first post on the forum and my question to the community is
“How do I go from a live mouse to creating primary cell cultures ready for electrophysiology”?
I guess I need protocol for dissection of the brain itself and another for brain → cells. The latter I have more information on but the prior is where I am stuck.
I have searched on the internet to no avail, and on the forum so this appears to be a unique question. If anyone could shed some light on this, I would be most grateful!
