Differentiating B104 or SHEP cell line

I have tried to differentiate B104 cells(rat neuroblastoma) using 2% or 0.2% FBS instead of 10% and also using 1mM db c AMP .although morphology of the cells do really change and neurites become long and extended , No neuronal marker can prove that they are differentiated.Any body have such an experience trying to differentiate some cell lines to neuronal…like B104 or SHEP??? or differentiating other cell lines such as OLN93…Thankssssss
