Fixing CFSE stained cells

I would like to FACS my CFSE stained cells at a later date and was wondering if anyone has had experience with fixing and storing these cells. If so, how long can you keep these fixed cells before FACSing them?

Hi Astrid,
From my litle experience with CFSE,it is not recommanded to fix the CFSE-labled cells. However, you can keep them for like 4h on ice before analysis. The CFSE supplier compagny suggest a protocol for fixing CFSE-labled cells that you can try.
