V5 antibody for IP

Hi guys,
Would anyone like to share what V5 antibody to use for IP? I use the invitrogen one, but I could not get overexpressed v5-tag protein pulled down by protein G and invitrogen mouse anti-v5.

Hi Guanrong,
I used mouse anti-V5 AB from Invitrogen to IP an overexpressed V5-tagged protein with protein G beads from Amersham. I had no problems with the IP.

so how did you do it, which IP buffer did you use, did you leave the antibody overnight, how often did you wash the beads and with which buffer? Thanks!
