I’m working on the mechanism of apoptosis in response to viral infection and to do so I need a reliable method to test for late phase apoptosis. I was using a cell soluble FITC tagged substrate for cleaved caspase 3 but have been having some problems with reliability. I have also tried an antibody from cell signaling which has been inconsistent. If anyone can suggest another antibody or different method it would be greatly appreciated
