Biotin solubility

Im planning to do S1 affinity chromatography where the RNP complexes are to be eluted by 5mM d-biotin. However, I find that the solubility of biotin in water is around 1mM max. Is there a way to dissolve biotin to 5mM or is it that higher amounts of it gets dissolved in the elution buffer but not in water. Please suggest.
