Jurkat cell line

Hello everybody,
I’m starting to work with Jurkat cells, but I never used them.
Can I consider these cells really naive T cells?
If they are tumors, aren’t these cells activated and differentiated towards a Th phenotype?
Can I induce Th1 polarization by culturing these cells with macrophages plus LPS?
