help on cloning strategy

If we have to clone a gene which has a high G+C content relative to the bacterial host (gram -ve, maybe E. coli), then wht special strategies we need for cloning this gene?
I have recently started studying mol bio and i am not able to find some material which exactly addresses my querry
the gene can be any, if some one cn explain me in general, i will be really gratefull.

You can simply use the iPCR methods to clone your gene.
