On December 3rd, the first issue of a new interdisciplinary journal came out, BIOLINGUISTICS. It is edited by two young linguists, Cedric Boeckx and Kleanthes Grohmann. Biolinguistics is available online, in full version for anyone who subscribes.
The first issue contains a fresh paper by Noam Chomsky, who discusses the recent rise of biolinguistic research program.
You can see what I think of this paper and of the recent development of Chomsky’s thinking in general. And feel free to discuss!
