QPCR oligo design with UPL probes

Using QPCR for DNA quantitation is easy if you have predesigned QPCR assays.
We use a Taqman like assays system called Universal Probe Library, that has higher specificity than the intercalating dyes and the price is still OK.
I describe how we design oligos with this system here .
