Unfortunately, I fell sick before the ENC and couldn’t go. I heard that Volker Doetsch gave a great talk about in-cell NMR work in Xenopus oocytes that dealt with conformational differences of an RNA molecule in vitro and in vivo. Sounds like a great story to me and I am looking forward to (hopefully) reading more about it soon.
