Interpreting the results Forum
Moderators:
The occasional paper needs to be challenged for some of the base assumptions made in the interpretation of the results in the broader scientific context across disciplines.
Nowhere is this more critical currently that in biophysics, genetics and neuroscience where results are very often interpreted according to a poorly understood consensus and not some well defined model. Indeed, the underlying premises appear to most be derived from received wisdom, when it seems clear that open minds and new foundational discoveries are needed.
The goal of this moderated group is to identify and discuss the scientific interpretation of sound results from a variety of disciplines in the broader context.
