Infection results from immunodeficiency. Intranasal systems play an important role in maintaining immunity to influenza. Intranasal low intensity laser irradiation might promote the rehabilitation of intranasal dysfunction and systematical immunodeficiency. Many phenomena and the mechanism of intranasal low intensity laser therapy (ILILT) have been integrated to support the prophylaxis effects of ILILT treatment on the new strain of influenza A (H1N1) (once named as swine flu),which will be published elsewhere.
