The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation just did a radio series about the history and philosophy of science – How To Think About Science. It features interviews with leading historians, sociologists and philosophically-inclined scientists, like Simon Schaffer, Bruno Latour, James Lovelock, Richard Lewontin, etc. You can download MP3s on the CBC’s web site.

James Lovelock was just here, yesterday, talking at our Nature debate. He is amazingly energetic: in the unlikely event I live that long, I hope I retain even half his energy.
