Some classic Nature papers can be seen here if people would be interested in considering them for “good paper journal club” entries. (I believe they are all free-access and only require registration.)

I recommend members of this group also follow Linda Cooper’s blog, Time for a change. Linda writes: “In this blog I suggest that there’s a better way to write a scientific article. Currently, published articles are unnecessarily difficult to read and researchers need to be trained in how to write about their research so that others can understand their articles.”
There are several worked examples on the blog, and related discussion.

I have created Connotea tags “Good paper journal club” and “well written paper” for use by members of this group who may wish to add example papers to Connotea. See here for more details
Each person adding a paper to Connotea can add in other tags as well, but if they always use one or both of the ones I’ve created, we will always find every paper in the club via Connotea.

By the way, adminstrators, I’ve put this and the above two comments as “comments” to your notice board entries as I’m not authorised to make notice board entries in this forum, but if you would like to write a notice board entry containing any of the information I’ve put in these comments, so other group members can see them more easily, please do if you think that would be useful.
