Power simulation for pedigrees with inbreeding loops

Hello everybody,
I’ve got another question for you guys – I want to carry out a power simulation for an inbred pedigree. However, the SLINK programme I have been using for this purpose does not accept inbreeding loops. Does anyone know of a programme that does?
