Drugs that have been developed in a SBDD manner

Please, can anybody give me examples of currently marketed drugs, that certainly have been developed relying on their targets’ 3D structure? And also, information on details of history of development of this drug would be welcome (even more than scientific details of the design process).
I need this information for writing a sci-popular article.
