Just say Hi to every body. I’m Xin Lu, an assistant professor at UCSD medical school doing biostatistics and computational biology. Nice to meet everybody here.

Hi Xin, Welcome. So far we are two… ;-). I am staff scientist at the European Bioinformatics Institute. I work on the prediction of protein function from structure mostly using graph theoretic methods.
