This is actually the second study in colorectal cancer of cytotoxic chemo + an EGFR antibody + an anti-angiogenic drug showing that the addition of the anti-angio drug was worse than chemo + EGFR antibody without the anti-angiogenic drug. Unfortunately, they didn’t do any experiments to figure out why the combination therapy failed.
