I got an e-mail from the promotion people of BLAST! , a documentary that I saw at HotDocs film festival last year and greatly enjoyed. (I reviewed it on my blog at the time )

Welcome to physics – Indiana Jones Style! BLAST! the science adventure movie will broadcast on Discovery Channel Canada on Friday February 21st at 7:30pm est. (…)
BLAST! features the work of Toronto native Dr. Barth Netterfield, PhD, research scientist at the University of Toronto. BLAST! was filmed on location in 7 countries on 5 continents, most notably at the University of Toronto campus and the barren Arctic tundra of Cambridge Bay, Victoria Island, Nunavut.
BLAST! follows physicist Mark Devlin, PhD, brother of acclaimed filmmaker and BLAST! director, Paul Devlin, as he leads an international team of astrophysicists from the Arctic to the Antarctic to launch a revolutionary telescope on a NASA high-altitude balloon.
For a trailer and more information please visit our website at http://www.blastthemovie.com

They also have DVD screeners for review, if anyone is looking to write movie reviews for various outlets (Since I already reviewed it last year and am already quoted on their review page I’m skipping this, otherwise I’d be all over it). You have to e-mail them for that: info@blastthemovie.com
