Last June we had professor Steve Horvath here in Bonn for a one-day lecture on coexpression network analysis. He is heading the Array Data Analysis Group(ADAG)at UCLA and specializes in the analysis of DNA and tissue microarray data. That time he informed me of a coming paper describing network indices and their applications in network-based microarray data analysis.
Now his paper entitled “Geometric Interpretation of Gene Coexpression Network Analysis” is out and accessible through PLoS Computational Biology . Reading this paper is recommended for those who are interested in analysis of coexpression networks.
