the ISNFF pre-conference Forum on Antioxidants (Track A) and Omega-3 and Beyond (Track B) will be held in San Francisco, November 1–4, 2009. The lecturers are among the leaders in industry, academia and government laboratories. The latest in fundamental science, manufacture and application areas are covered. The International Society for Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (ISNFF) is a non-profit international society established to strengthen communication, dissemination of information and networking among interested parties from academia, industry and government participants. ISNFF is under consideration by the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) to serve as one of its Special Interest Groups.
