I just wanted to share this communication from H. Suzuki, my mentor. He is coordinating the preparation of a new conference on foods, food bioactives and the health benefits in dayly diets. It will see representatives of food associations (Slow Food) and food companies. The location will be in Tokyo, Japan, on 23rd of october 2009.
