The Computational Biology and Data Mining group at the Max Delbruck Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin (http://cbdm.mdc-berlin.de/) has an open PhD position for three years to start immediately. The candidate must have a strong molecular biology background and be fluent in computer programming in a Unix environment. The student will be involved in a multidisciplinary project and collaborate with experimental groups. The PhD project will deal with the study of the protein-protein interaction networks of Huntingtin and other human proteins with HEAT repeats.
