I am wondering if anyone knows what happens when an individual has recieved grown out/multiplied then transplanted mesynchemal cells for ligament/tendon/bone healing and is soon after exposed to significant radiation or chemotherapy? I understand Osiris is in human trials for radiation sickness therapy and the cells provide healing and anti inflammatory properties in addition to likely boosting the immune system but wonder what would happen if cells came in contact with radiation mid process…does anyone know or have research links on this?
