Nature is the proud owner of two islands in Second Life.

We are keen to help scientists explore the potential of Second Life, so if you’re interested in experimenting with science-y things and would like some land to do them on free of charge, feel free to contact me at j.scott@nature.com or in SL as Joanna Wombat and I’d be happy to chat about it and give you some land to work on.

Please note only group admins can post notices. Group members can post comments.

This is exactly what I would like to do in Second Nature! I sent you an email earlier. Hopefully I will hear back from you soon.

What type of science-y things can you do in SL. This sounds really interesting.

Also, the reason I joined SL was because I was told I would be able to “attend” actual international conferences as they would be “broadcast” on SL. Do you know anything about this?

    Thank you
