Protein Structure

This is how this topic will start, with a trivial (probably) question.
Talking about protein structure: What is the difference between a random coil and unordered structures? Until not long ago I understood them both as the same structure (both are present when the protein was completely unstructured), until someone told me that unodered are unstructured segments in a protein chain when random coil is the definition when the entire protein is unstructured. I have been reading and i see the concept is as I understood it was. Can anyone verified what i think it is or convince me of the contrary? Thanks.
