Hi Mayank,
I am a PhD student working on the gene expression of host macrophage in tuberculosis after treatment with a novel delivery system. I am using affymatrix chip in my experiment, let me know whether it possible to construct using your software with the help of gene expression data. I am looking for some software which able to construct pathway on the basis of gene expression of cells. -
