generally embryonic stem cells are grown on feeder layers. the question is : when we trypsinize the embryonic stem cells, wont the feeder layer cells detach? will they contaminate our culture of ESC?

The feeder cells won’t attach to the flask or other feeders bacause we inactivate before using them. This makes them non-growing cells.
