Let’s ease into it, given the previous lack of activity and have a “topic of the month”.
A few to ponder -
1. trouble-shooting immunocytochemistry
2. increasing signal-to-noise ratios in any kind of “delta-F”-involved imaging (FRET, Ca2+ imaging, etc…)
3. image analysis and quantification
4. imaging hardware and software

Thanks for the great suggestions, Noah! These are excellent topics to discuss. Lets get the ball rolling.
I invite other members to participate in these discussions and send suggestions for other topics of interest. I’ll make new forum topic every month for the “Topic of the Month” and also explore where we can upload the relevant information/papers/URLs, etc. Stay tuned!
