The 16th Annual International Conference on Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology (ISMB 2008) will feature an art exhibition with the theme “Visual Reflections on Science”. ISMB 2008 delegates are invited to submit artwork to this event.

For the ISMB 2008 Visual Reflections on Science Exhibition we invite all interested conference attendees to submit artistic images and videos that have been generated as part of a research project.
We are also soliciting images and videos resulting from creative efforts that involve scientific concepts or employ scientific tools and methods.
Participate in this exciting new ISMB event to surprise and inspire us, to open our eyes and minds!
This event is organized by the ISCB Student Council.

Nils—This looks fascinating! Do you know if the ISMB will be able to make some of the entries available after the conference for those of us who are unable to attend? I’d love to see some of the submissions.

Yes Hilary, the color is the kinetic energy, but you can visualize any scalar of the system.
This week I found this paper and I’m thinking to export to ParaView my code.
