We had some great keynote speakers, but the feedback forms suggest that the favourite is Dr Armand Leroi’s talk about cantametrics. What do you think?

Personally I liked Lucy Raymond’s talk best (not that I’m biased) and I particularly enjoyed discussing the subject of mental retardation with her afterwards. It seems that it will be a difficult problem to target therapeutically, but that once you know the gene you can offer those women whose families are affected by mental retardation a better assessment of the risk they face when it comes to having children.
