Protein NMR at Nature Protocols

Greetings!
Nature Protocols has published a few methods relevant to protein nmr that you might find interesting:
Peer-reviewed content:
In-cell NMR for protein-protein interactions (for some reason, the whole of last year’s first issue is freely available at the moment…)
NMR: prediction of protein flexibility
Investigating macromolecules inside cultured and injected cells by in-cell NMR spectroscopy
Protocols Network:
I would like to highlight the two papers looking at proteins in cells using NMR, because if you are already preparing stable-isotope-labeled proteins in E.coli, these methods may be a really neat way of getting further interesting information about your protein. For example, for an extra 2 days work, you could find out if there are any differences between the state of the protein in water and the more natural surroundings of the E.coli cell or, if you have a friend working with Xenopus eggs, inside an egg cell or extract.
If you transfect your E.coli cells with two vectors each encoding a protein under the control of different promotors, you can perform the experiments outlined in the STINT-NMR protocol to look at how these two proteins interact in inside the cells.
Have any of you tried these methods before, or anything similar?
Do you have any ideas for protocols that you would like us to commission for Nature Protocols?
We also have a section of the site where you can upload your protocol directly, the Protocols Network. If you would like to up load your favourite method onto the Protocols Network you can do so by logging in here.
