      <description>&lt;p&gt;You may want to split at a lower subcultivation ratio (eg 1/8 or 1/10), and then observe if they can grow to confluency.  Perhaps also try pipeting up and down more when dissociating with trypsin so that they&amp;#8217;re more evenly dispersed when dispensing into a new flask.  Alternatively, try a larger flask, and see if they grow better.
