      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the link to JoVE, Graham. We think movies are a great way of explaining tricky protocols: many Nature Protocols also include movies, and we highlight them &lt;a href="http://www.nature.com/nprot/info/movies.html"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;I hope Kifayath finds the links useful, but maybe links to something more directly related to the requested protocol might be more useful? I&amp;#8217;ve had a quick look through our content and unfortunately couldn&amp;#8217;t find anything specific to preparing neuronal cell suspensions from adult mouse brains; this is clearly something we need to look into further.&lt;/p&gt;
