I am new to Neuroscience field, I want to prepare neuronal cell suspension from adult mouse brain, if any body have well experience in this procedure, please share the protocol.

Thanks for the link to JoVE, Graham. We think movies are a great way of explaining tricky protocols: many Nature Protocols also include movies, and we highlight them here.
I hope Kifayath finds the links useful, but maybe links to something more directly related to the requested protocol might be more useful? I’ve had a quick look through our content and unfortunately couldn’t find anything specific to preparing neuronal cell suspensions from adult mouse brains; this is clearly something we need to look into further.
