      <description>&lt;p&gt;Been a long time since I have done it&amp;#8230; but have you tried activated caspase 3 staining in an immunofluor reaction?  It worked great for us in cryo sections&amp;#8230; but have never tryied with mouse retina.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
