i am new in research field so i do not have lot of experiance so where i am doing mistake i am not able to catch i am trying to isolate mitochondrial DNA from plant if you people have some suggestion tips please convey me

I’ve found a peer-reviewed protocol that might help you. The good news is it is freely available for the next month as it is in volume 2 of Nature Protocols:Purification of mitochondrial and plastid DNA
