Hello everybody,

I am producing relatively large amounts of YN1/1 antibody. I need to prepare ~ 20 ml of good quality Ab-Sepharose. The problem is the antibody aggregates whatever I am doing at higher concentrations (> 3 mg/ml) required for efficient coupling to CNBr-Sepharose. Does anybody know how to prevent (decrease) antibody aggregation without discturbing its covalent binding to CNBr-Sepharose?
