As Arindam Chaudhuri has mentioned in his book &#8220;Count your chickens before they hatch&#8221;, Indians have a tendency to be complacent. So, it is necessary to keep members brimming with ideas and activity. Otherwise, we cannot go much far. I have been through some fora here at Nature India and going by the discussions, nothing concrete seems to emerge in terms of consensus solution.
