In all famous peer-reviews texts of content one reads generally titles announcing data of molecular biology researches. Among readers only a low percentage can corroborate or falsify these data, due to clear reasons. As an old clinicans I suggest to discuss the possibility of original clinical methods, if real, reliable in bedside assessing, in a refined way, biological systems activities, wherein some gene(s) mutation(s) have been occurred. Our task is to answer the fundamental question: Do biological systems dysfunctions parallel genes mutations? As a matter of fact, if the answer is “Yes!”, we must examine the actual possibility of bedside evaluating both function and dysfunction of well-defined biological system!
