How we remove the contamination from the cell culture environment, if the culture is come from primary culture system.
When all the paramiter should taken from the protocol, and procedure is under aceptic condiation,
then how we make an model animal in aceptic condition,is a tough job because we can not findout where is the infectious agent is present and how we can remove that without effecting the culture system.
