      <description>&lt;p&gt;hmmm.. i don&amp;#8217;t think 20 years is too long.. I&amp;#8217;ll be 46..lol ..&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Nowdays many govt. labs/institutes are funded by Welcome Trust and &lt;span class="caps"&gt;NSF&lt;/span&gt; in India.. and more international grants are coming.. I think science funding would be greatly improved in next 20 years&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;well 2o yrs is a huge time period..but still i don&amp;#8217;t think there will be much improvement in general..except some particular institute or individual acheivements shooting up..but recently the interest &amp;#38; investment of private sector in this field is extremely encouraging..govt. n other non govt. institutions should pay more attention to providing quality education in affordable manner..&amp;#38; provide more funds in higher education.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
