so dull...???

hi all,
i am not very happy about this forum as i cant see people participating.there are no discussions whatsoever.are people too busy or too lazy? i cannot fathom the reasons they joined the forum for if they cannot participate.kangkan,i think u should ask ppl to come up with atleast good topics to discuss otherwise the whole purpose of this thing is defeated.isnt it ironical that ppl join to voice their concerns n they forget to raise any kind of voice.

very dull,not expected from igib ppl.i thought we r all so dynamic but…what more shud i say?

      Dear Amit,

      I am very happy and sad at the same time. I am happy to see ur enthusiasm and eagerness to voice ur thoughts, while sad because the reason that u stated. But, I guess u need to be little more patient about this. I hope u need to talk to ur friends and encourage them to participate. I have personally invited many of my colleagues to contribute here – but most of them didn’t turned up. I suppose that some more time would be required to get some vocal people here.

      anyways, donot get disappointed. Atleast I would be there to share your concerns and suggestions.

      Amit, Kangkan: I agree!

      I have been hoping to hear from the IGIB kids regularly in the Nature India group as well as the Indigenus blog of Nature India. Especially the blog since we want to design the portal based on the feedback of young, enthusiastic researchers like you.

      Hope I can jerk you out of your slumber!

      hi kangkan n subhra,
      i think subhra was right in saying that we need something to wake ppl up. my voicing the dullness made an impact afterall,albeit only a little.

      so we ahve one more person posting besides me n kangkan.

      i guess we need to ourselves start some topic which might b interesting enough to wake ppl from their slumber,of course if they visit.

      cant think of anything as i m currently running after deadlines.maybe u ppl can start n i ll chip in.

      lets start a topic.. only then will ppl speak and say at the same time.
