For its annual awards for science mentorship in 2008, Nature invites nominations of outstanding scientific mentors in Germany . Two prizes of €10,000 will be awarded, one for a mid-career mentor and one for life-time achievement in mentoring. Nominations are now open. The prizes will be awarded at a ceremony in Berlin in October 2008. Nominees for an award may be working in any discipline within the natural sciences.
